Got a question about an order? Email us at hellogoingwild@gmail.com and we'll get back to you within 2 working days. Every mug is printed to order just for you, so please allow a few working days for printing before it's posted.
If anything arrives damaged or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full. If you change your mind, you have 14 days to cancel. Privacy & Safety
We only collect the details we need to take, make and deliver your order: your name, email address, delivery address and what you ordered. Payments are handled securely by our payment providers, so we never see or store your full card details. We share your name and delivery address with our print and delivery partners only so they can make and send your mug.
If you sign up to our emails, or start checking out and don't finish, we may email you about your order or our offers. You can unsubscribe at any time. Our site uses cookies to keep your basket working and to understand how the site is used. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hellogoingwild@gmail.com.
