Every mug is printed to order just for you, which usually takes a few working days. UK delivery then takes 3-5 working days. Ordering for Christmas? Order early. We'll show our last order date for Christmas delivery on the site in November.

UK delivery is £3.95, and it's free on orders over £24. We also deliver to many countries outside the UK, with costs shown at checkout. Any customs fees for international orders are paid by the person receiving the parcel.

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to change your mind: email hellogoingwild@gmail.com, then post the mug back unused. If your mug arrives damaged, chipped or misprinted, send us a photo within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full, with no need to send it back.
